@mcp-tool-shop mcp-tool-shop released this 26 Sep 16:25

The first release of si-jam-sessions: a music engine where an AI's playing can be graded exactly, replayed
exactly, and trained on with a clean conscience. What changed is in the
CHANGELOG.

The two exemplars

Two arrangements of Battle Hymn of the Republic, one by glm-5.3 and one by kimi-k3. Both follow this project's
transcription of the anonymous 1862 Ditson edition, both are dedicated CC0 1.0, and both are admitted by the
law's licence check. Each was rendered through the law on the Salamander Grand Piano V3 by Alexander Holm
(CC BY 3.0).

Asset Bytes SHA-256

The MP3 (192 kb/s) and Opus (128 kb/s) copies are what the landing page plays.

  • The .notes.json files are the notes the law committed (host notes).
  • sections.json holds where each section begins.
  • SHA256SUMS covers every asset.

Reproduce a recording

cargo run -p host --release --locked -- fetch-piano
cargo run -p host --release --locked -- render battle-hymn-glm-5.3.wav --piece battle-hymn-glm-5.3 --voice piano

A second render on the machine that made these gives identical bytes. A render on another platform has not yet
been compared.
