Removes
pkgs/c/capi.lua.lua, which is byte-identical topkgs/m/mcpplibs.capi.lua.luaand resolves to the same canonical identitymcpplibs.capi:mcpplibs.capi.lua. libxpkg 0.0.46 / xlings 0.4.69 correctly rejects that duplicate, so the published index currently blocks fresh mcpp dependency resolution.\n\nThe canonical descriptor remains unchanged.\n\nValidation:\n- reproduced with public xlings 0.4.69 + mcpp 0.0.105 in a fresh MCPP_HOME\n- all 48 remaining descriptors pass Lua syntax, mirror lint, package-name lint, andmcpp xpkg parse\n-git diff --check
