This version modernises the pyeee repository and its documentation.

Changes are:

  • Moved to new pip structure using pyproject.toml.
  • Moved to Github actions.
  • Moved all Markdown files to reStructuredText.
  • Moved documentation to sphinxbook.
  • Moved documentation to Github pages.
