Publishes the spec-owned black-box testbed as a first-class mdbase.dev section, including its three execution rings, 15 scenarios, adapter protocol, deterministic evidence model, commands, and directly downloadable schemas and fixtures. Pins every imported source to its merged implementation revision. Verified with zero Astro diagnostics, a 25-route production build, spec import, 27-page link audit, and live HTTP 200/JSON checks for the page, runtime scenario, and schema.
