Refreshes the documentation source lock to the merged specification, Connect, Rust, and TypeScript commits. Updates the TypeScript conformance importer to v0.3.0-rc.2 and regenerates the implementation matrix. Verified with the full Astro check/build/import/link suite and a live preview of the home, contracts, and implementations pages.
