Improved Combined Diff Viewer

The turn-based combined changes view has been refined for clarity:

• Collapsible per-file sections — each file's edits in a sequence can now be expanded or collapsed individually, making large multi-file turns easier to navigate
• Inline sequence markers replace the old combined/sequence toggle, so you can see the edit history for each file directly in context
• Improved copy behavior — copying combined changes now produces cleaner output

Gemini, Cursor & Copilot Combined Diff Support

Code edits from Gemini, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot sessions now appear in the combined changes view, alongside Claude and Codex edits. For Copilot sessions where exact diffs aren't available in the session payload, a best-effort file entry is shown so you can still see which files were touched.

Reindex a Single Project

You can now force-reindex just one project instead of your entire database. This is useful when a single project's history looks out of date and you don't want to wait for a full reindex.

• Right-click any project in the sidebar and choose Reindex Project…
• Also available from the Project options overflow menu and the View menu bar

Stability & Polish

• Tooltips and action button labels no longer flicker when switching between states
• Various consistency fixes for diff headers and sequence edit markers
