FF154 adds support for get/set the
rtcpproperty in the object returned fromRTCRtpReceiver.getParameters(),RTCRtpSender.getParameters()and set usingRTCRtpSender.setParameters()in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1584318This adds a release note.
