• Milestone 0 real data: 14 reference photos, real caliper measurements
• Corrected part shape (single oval slot, no hex hole) — bracket-gen template patched
• measurements.yaml (1.75mm) + measurements-2mm.yaml (strengthen fallback), verified end-to-end via the real CLI
• screw-thread-guide.md for the replacement-screw problem

Still open: strip width is an assumption (not measured), slot may be a
keyhole shape rather than constant-width, real STL render pending
OpenSCAD install.
