Make mail DNS checks give the same answer every time
Results changed between runs because a lookup drust could not answer fell
back to PHP's cached resolver, mixing two sources; a failed lookup also moved
the expected MX to another candidate, and each check started a new
PublicDnsLookup, so a page made about ten sequential drust calls.
- PublicDnsLookup is scoped per request and batches lookups (2 calls for the
guide and Verify). An unanswered lookup is recorded as failed; PHP is used
only when drust is unreachable, and then for everything.
- Verify DNS reports an unanswered lookup as "not checked, try again", never
as a wrong record; the mail host keeps Postfix's name when a lookup fails,
and --apply leaves it unchanged.
- The Verify and hostname endpoints return the error as JSON instead of a
500, and drust caps each lookup at 6 seconds.
