Changed

  • Help → Check for Updates… now shows its result in a dialog — "You're up to date", an update was found, or an error — instead of a native notification that was easy to miss. The silent check on startup still uses notifications for the background flow.

(Also the first chance to see auto-update end to end: launch your installed 1.3.11 and it should offer to update to 1.3.12.)
