Fixed

  • Nested lists weren't indented in the preview. Second- and third-level
    bullets and numbered items sat flush with their parent (they only changed
    marker), and top-level bullets hung at the pane's edge. Lists now indent
    per level as in VS Code and on GitHub (#27).
