@fastrevmd-lab fastrevmd-lab released this 26 Oct 22:10
v0.5.0
0b19412

Security

  • Bumps ctutils to 0.4.6 for RUSTSEC-2026-0385 (non-constant-time mask
    generation and u128 comparisons). It reaches the build through
    digest → ed25519-dalek → mecmcp-audit. (#290)

Added

  • Change-controlled IPS exempt-rule writes: prepare_sdc_ips_write /
    apply_sdc_ips_write accept family: exempt_rule (with profile_uuid) to
    create, update and delete exempt rules at
    /api/v1/ips_profiles/{profile_uuid}/exempt_rules, through the same plan,
    approval and drift-checked apply flow as IPS rules. The body references
    signatures in ips_signature and must not carry then. (#279)

Documentation

  • examples/mcp.json.example and a README section for running the server as
    a local stdio child process. Stdio callers are unauthenticated and get only
    the read tools. (#285)

Dependencies

  • rmcp 3.5.1 -> 3.7.0, tokio 1.53.3 -> 1.54.1, uuid 1.28.0 -> 1.29.0 (#287)
  • distroless/cc-debian13 runtime base updated (#286)
  • Release workflows: mecmcp reusable workflows v0.28.1 -> v0.28.2,
    docker/login-action 4.6.0 -> 4.7.0 (#288)
  • CI: the mecmcp package-conformance action is pinned at mecmcp v0.30.1 (#289)

The mecmcp crates stay on 0.27.0. Moving to 0.29+ is a breaking change of its
own (reserved oauth:* token names, change-set state that older binaries
cannot read) and is not part of this release.
