Android >=15 render instance selection screen poorly

Describe the bug
If you're on Android 15 or later and you load an APK like the unbranded APK or eCHIS KE APK, the "CHT Android" title is in the wrong spot, slightly obscuring the UI

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install unbranded APK on Android 15 device
2. launch APK

Expected behavior
Title should not obscure UI

Logs
If applicable, include the server or browser logs.

Additional context
We're choosing to not block Android 15 and 16 support with this issue. Instead we'll file this ticket and fix this display issue at a later date.

handle insets. Tested it out on eCHIS Kenya production and Training apps on android 16 and had no issues with layout.
