In addition to current support for referencing a row in another CSV file:

 csv:base_filename:property_value_on_this_doc
 1

You can now also reference a row in another sheet by using a column value:

 csv:base_filename>column_name_in_that_file_to_match_against:property_value_on_this_doc
 some_random_value
