OpenDXMC binaries for 64 bits Windows. Tested on Windows 11 and 10. Unzip folder and run OpenDXMC.exe or use the installer.

Changes:
-Fixed bugs in beam HVL estimates
-Some GUI enhancements

The se version have an experimental semantic organ segmentator of CT images.
