OpenDXMC binaries for 64 bits Windows. Tested on Windows 11. Unzip folder and run OpenDXMC.exe or use the installer.

Changes:
-Fixed small bug in beam collimation
-Added voxelized CTDI phantom

The se version have an experimental and slow semantic organ segmentator of CT images.
