This is a small maintenance release. Its headline fix makes large TORCH extractions survive slow storage: the NDJSON download client no longer aborts on a hard 30s deadline but instead bounds itself on stall time, so multi-gigabyte bodies that stream slowly are read to completion. The rest is the usual dependency refresh (AWS SDK for Go v2, PostgreSQL 18.4, CodeQL action).

  • Stall-bounded TORCH download client for large extractions — The NDJSON download previously used a hard-coded 30s HTTP client timeout that applied to the entire request, so large extractions that streamed slowly were aborted mid-body. The client now bounds on stall (no-progress) time rather than total duration, letting multi-gigabyte downloads complete. (closes #530) #531
