v0.3.0 — detector threshold config

What's new in v0.3.0

Pin detector thresholds in a project config file.

Added

• Optional atm.config.json for loop_threshold, stall_ms, stall_gap_ms, assumption_failure_min
• atm analyze / atm stats accept --config <path> and auto-load from cwd
• Library: parseConfig, loadConfig, configToDetectorOptions, ConfigError

Changed

• Explicit CLI flags override config-file values

Tests

72 passing (npm test), typecheck clean.
