Privacy Policy

Complete Health Recorder ("the App") is designed with your family's privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data the App handles and — more importantly — what it does not do.
We do not collect, log, transmit, or have access to any of your data. Everything you enter into the App stays on your device.
To provide its features, the App stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Profiles you create (name, birth date, and similar details for each person you track)
- Temperature readings
- Medication and vitamin doses
- Weight, water intake, calorie, sleep, gym session, and menstrual cycle entries
This data is saved using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData) directly on your iPhone. It is never uploaded to us, to any server we operate, or to any third party.
The App does not:
- Send any data over the internet — it has no network access and makes no server calls
- Use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs
- Use HealthKit or share data with other apps
- Sync data to iCloud or any other cloud service
- Require an account, sign-in, or any personal identifiers
- Track you or your usage of the App in any way
Since no data ever leaves your device, we have nothing to share with third parties — there is no data in our possession to share, sell, or disclose.
All information lives in the App's local storage on your device. You can delete any entry or profile directly within the App. Deleting the App from your device removes all of its stored data (subject to normal iOS/iCloud device-backup behavior, which is controlled entirely by your device's own backup settings, not by us).
The App may be used by parents/guardians to track health information for their children (e.g., temperature and medication doses). Because all data stays on-device and is never transmitted anywhere, no children's personal information is collected, stored remotely, or shared by us.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be included with the App and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
