Full Changelog: 0.6.0...0.7.0
0.7.0-dev.1 (dev channel)
Dev / edge add-on rebuild from the current bridge :dev (amd64 + arm64): bridge 0.6.0 on the newest eufy-sdk beta (0.5.0-beta.x).
- Camera power tier. The bridge reports each camera as
batteryorwired(bridge#130). Integration 0.6.0 uses it to keep Home Assistant's stream worker away from battery cameras, so they stop being woken over and over (ha-eufy-sdk#83), while mains cameras keep HLS. - Undecodable "Last event" covers are logged. A HomeBase reply in a format the SDK can't decode yet (e.g.
v8_eufysecurity:) is logged with its size and format tag, instead of looking like no reply (bridge#131). - Plus everything since 0.6.0-dev.3: clearer cold-start stream logs and the troubleshooting guide.
Pair it with integration 0.6.0.
This is a pre-release, so the channel-split Builder rebuilds only eufy_sdk_bridge_dev, FROM the current ghcr.io/mega-yfue/ha-eufy-sdk-bridge:dev. Stable is untouched (0.7.0).
0.6.0-dev.3 (dev channel)
Dev / edge add-on rebuild from the current bridge :dev (amd64 + arm64).
- No more auth tokens in logs or errors. eufy echoes the account's token in some error messages (e.g. a refused RTC sign). The bridge now redacts it from its log and from HTTP/WebSocket error bodies.
- WebRTC boot check. At startup the log says whether
node-datachannel(needed by a HomeBase S1 Pro / T9000) loads on this platform, and which prebuilt build it uses (e.g.@node-datachannel/linux-arm64-musl), or why it doesn't.
Pair it with integration 0.5.1.
This is a pre-release, so the channel-split Builder rebuilds only eufy_sdk_bridge_dev, FROM the current ghcr.io/mega-yfue/ha-eufy-sdk-bridge:dev. Stable is untouched (0.6.0).
0.6.0-dev.2 (dev channel)
Dev / edge add-on rebuild from the current bridge :dev (amd64 + arm64).
- HomeBase S1 Pro (T9000): the bridge now ships
node-datachannel, the native WebRTC library the T9000 transport needs, prebuilt for amd64 and arm64 (Raspberry Pi). Before this, every T9000 command and live view failed with "needs the optional peer dependency 'node-datachannel'" (#46). Some accounts still hit an RTC sign refused (HTTP 401) before the library is reached; that's an SDK fix in progress (mega-yfue/eufy-sdk#422). - Clearer stream errors: a failed stream open now logs why it failed (e.g. the RTC sign refusal), instead of always "P2P unreachable".
0.6.0
0.6.0-dev.1 (dev channel)
Dev / edge add-on rebuild from the current bridge :dev: bridge 0.5.0 on the newest eufy-sdk beta (0.5.0-beta.x). The previous dev image ran bridge 0.4.0.
- No more duplicate bridges: the bridge has a stable ID, so with integration 0.5.1 a bridge you already added (e.g. by IP) isn't offered again when discovered at
172.30.32.1. If you already have two eufy-sdk entries for this add-on, delete the newer one. - HomeBase 2 "Last event" covers come from the HomeBase again. Covers in the newer
v2_format also need mega-yfue/eufy-sdk#409 (in review). - Refresh Last Event no longer times out.
- The newest "Last event" image wins over an older push thumbnail.
- Mains cameras keep streaming to a continuous viewer (NVR) instead of being idle-suspended.
To update: Supervisor should offer 0.6.0-dev.1 on the eufy-sdk bridge (dev) add-on once the image publishes.

0.5.0-dev.1 (dev channel)
Dev / edge add-on rebuild from the current bridge :dev: now bridge 0.4.0 on the newest eufy-sdk beta (0.5.0-beta.14). The previous dev image ran bridge 0.3.0 on eufy-sdk 0.3.0-beta.0.
- Property changes reach Home Assistant as they happen, instead of waiting for the next poll.
- Station face roster, and a HomeBase 2 camera's latest recording as an mp4 clip.
- Decoded readings and write-only settings in the device manifest.
- The "Last event" image waits for the detection's own thumbnail instead of showing the previous one.
- Stream fixes: lifecycle and idle-sweep; one stream client is shared per camera while it logs in.
- Watchdog: no longer restarts the poll because a device was quiet.
- New optional options (empty keeps the bridge default):
snapshot_live(auto/on/off): whether a camera tile's still wakes the camera.stream_fail_backoff_ms: the battery-saving pause after a failed stream open.clip_settle_ms: how long the HomeBase 2 clip waits for the recording.
Pair it with integration 0.4.0 or newer.
This is a pre-release, so the channel-split Builder rebuilds only eufy_sdk_bridge_dev, FROM the current ghcr.io/mega-yfue/ha-eufy-sdk-bridge:dev. Stable is untouched (0.5.0).
To update: Supervisor should offer 0.5.0-dev.1 on the eufy-sdk bridge (dev) add-on once the image publishes.
0.4.0-dev.1 (dev channel)
Dev / edge add-on rebuild from the current bridge :dev: now bridge 0.3.0 on eufy-sdk 0.3.0-beta.0, the same code as the stable eufy-sdk 0.2.0 release. The previous dev image still ran bridge 0.1.60 on eufy-sdk 0.2.0-beta.18.
- Anker Solix, complete: Solarbank 4 telemetry and controls, battery health, grid limits, backup reserve, expansion packs, and the Smart Meter.
- Several cameras on one HomeBase streaming at the same time.
- The
gtoken not equal useridlogin fix. - A camera whose channel on its HomeBase is missing or shared is refused with a clear error, instead of streaming the wrong camera.
- Station database reads (face roster, "Last event" covers) no longer run on per-camera media sessions.
Pre-release → the channel-split Builder rebuilds only eufy_sdk_bridge_dev, FROM the current ghcr.io/mega-yfue/ha-eufy-sdk-bridge:dev. Stable is untouched (0.4.0).
To update: Supervisor should offer 0.4.0-dev.1 on the eufy-sdk bridge (dev) add-on once the image publishes.
