As of version 2.2.1, downloads have now been moved to Modrinth.

DELETE your old mine-lights-*.jar file completely.
Download the mine-lights-*.jar from Modrinth — corresponding to your game version.
Place the new minelights-*.jar into your mods folder.
Ensure you also install all the corresponding required mods for the best experience:
- Fabric API - Required - Fabric
- Cloth Config API - Highly recommended - Fabric and NeoForge
- Mod Menu - Highly recommended - Fabric
Run Minecraft
- If prompted, accept the download for the missing MineLights Server executable
- If prompted for an update, choose “Update Now” to get the latest version
