Datalytics for Claude

Connect Claude to your Datalytics workspace — query your datasets, build reports and dashboards, and schedule them, in plain language.

Install once and Claude gets 17 Datalytics tools, plus the conventions to use them properly.

What you get

17 tools — search and describe datasets and datasources, run read-only queries, and create datasets, reports, dashboards and schedulers.

A skilldatalytics-reporting. Gives Claude the conventions it cannot infer: which report type suits which question, the axis rules for every chart, how to write aggregates, and where a filter belongs. Without it Claude has the tools but guesses at the rest, and those guesses become real reports in your workspace.

A command/new-report <what you want to see>. Walks the build in order: find the dataset, confirm the columns exist, choose a type, show you the exact call, and create it only after you say yes.

A subagentdatalytics-explorer. Searches for the right dataset in its own context and reports back a shortlist, so a hunt across twenty datasets does not fill your conversation with column dumps. Read-only.
