Fixed

• xping report with nothing saved says so plainly ("nothing saved yet")
  and suggests xping monitor --save; a filter or --since that leaves
  nothing says "in this period" and points to xping history.
• xping report charts break the line where nothing was measured (e.g.
  while monitor was stopped) instead of drawing a straight line across.
• xping monitor and watch mode write each line at once when the output is
  a file or a pipe, so tail -f on a log follows them live (the output
  used to sit in a buffer until several kilobytes had accumulated).
