Activity Radar v1.2.0-beta.1 — Source-first beta

This is the first source-first public beta of Activity Radar.

Important distribution boundary:

• No installable macOS binary is attached.
• No artifact in this release is Developer ID-signed or Apple-notarized.
• GitHub provides source-code archives only. Build locally by following the README.

Included:

• Native macOS menu-bar dashboard for top-level local Codex tasks.
• Read-only Codex SQLite and JSONL integration.
• Explainable continuity triage with explicit abstention.
• Reversible lifecycle decisions and local continuity capsules.
• Optional content-free local research ledger, off by default.
• MIT license, contribution guide, security policy, Issues, and Discussions.

Verified on the tagged commit:

• Standard Swift tests discovered and passed on GitHub Actions.
• 14 of 14 deterministic executable contracts passed.
• Diagnostic content/privacy fixture passed.
• Continuity-store privacy and retention harness passed.
• Release build and Universal 2 arm64 plus x86_64 package checks passed.
