Fission Reactor refuses coolant liquid

Issue description

I was trying to build Fission Reactor, and I have this issue.

You can see that pipe is full of water and connected correctly to reactor port (configured as input only).

But no water in the coolant tank.

The past days everything worked fine.
I tried in singleplayer, multiplayer and in overworld too — same issue.
No crashes or warnings in server's log.

I was trying to fill it with gauge dropper, but with some chance it was successfull.

UPD: I inserted some water in reactor with quantum entangloporter but that's all. I think multiblock structures or pipes is broken.

Steps to reproduce

1. Build fission reactor
2. Pull the water in reactor
3. No water in reactor

It might be from other mods, i dont really know. try building one in Overworld, then try on the Moon. also, what mod is that?

I encountered the same problem and found out a solution. Instead of blocks with water i used water sources and water pump.

I have no idea how to try reproduce this, happy to look again if someone can reproduce
