Full automated suite: WAIVED / SKIPPED, NOT PASSED. Scoped CI results and the committed waiver are retained in source-qualification-evidence.zip. Production-readiness declarations and frozen-byte verification are not visual, listening, physical-device, disconnected or full-player acceptance.

The mandatory historical audio-source-retention audit is included unchanged. It is historical retention evidence, not current-source audio or listening approval. Current generated-source retention records are separately identified.

This release remains a draft until original uploads and independent upload review pass. GitHub publication and the protected main-only Pages selector are separate steps. The public site currently remains v0.142.1; the Replay correction has not yet been publicly retested. Existing releases, archives and download URLs are preserved.
