Intro:
Scans the raid for people needing a heal.
Takes into consideration incoming heals (HealComm integration).
Auto ranks a flash heal to use.
Shows the target HP and incoming heals in its own healing frame, so you can avoid overheals.
Blacklists people out of range and not in line of sight for a few seconds.

How to use:
In the Keybinds menu, find the minihealer section and set a Heal bind.
The /minihealer command shows extra settings.
