Front sub-groups follow the muscles
- The front sub-groups used to be placeholder ovals and dots. Each one is now cut from its parent muscle's artwork:
- upper and lower chest
- front deltoid
- upper and lower abs
- serratus
- hip flexors
- inner and outer quadriceps
- Sub-groups are drawn only with
.showSubGroups(), so bodies without it look the same as before.

- CI builds the documentation and fails on warnings.
