• tab panel now teaches the shell syntax an answer needs — $(cmd), cmd, $((expr)), <(cmd), var=value, arr=(...), every ${...} form, and the env vars it leans on. 341 panels previously showed the tool's page and nothing else
• audit phase 8 asserts every expansion in an answer reaches the panel
• playground opens on a real ls of the sandbox instead of a hardcoded file list eight files out of date, echoes each command above its output, and says what the mode is for
• restored the em/en dash ascii fold — both substitutions had been flattened to plain "-", so every dash reached a legacy VT as garbage glyphs
• trimmed the one scenario line past 80 columns; folds ≈
