inplan comment(#60) — a typed writer that appends a reply, document-level, or span-anchored (--span "<exact text>") comment with adatestamped from the CLI's own clock, so agents stop hand-writing the JSON block with invented timestamps (which broke the chronological sort).- Confirm-gate skill guidance (#59) — don't fake-orphan comments to dodge the confirm gate; deleting a comment with replies now requires confirming the descendant ids too, and the gate catches outright-deleted / reparented descendants.
