New

• Smart Picks — six albums a day by artists you don’t own: five from genres you already listen to, one deliberate stretch. The five are added overnight so they’re ready to play; the stretch is yours to accept or reject. Build time configurable.
• Dynamic Playlists — save a sort + focus as a playlist that re-runs its query every time you open it. Albums or tracks, album order or random. These can then be sent to Roon via the queue and saved as playlists if desired.
• Playlists — browse and play your Roon playlists, plus track lists stored in the extension.
• Playlist sharing — both types can be shared either by copy/paste or download as a file and share the file (no music is shared). If the person importing the playlist has the tracks available they can create the playlist (coming soon, automatically find missing tracks).
• Focus, rebuilt — ten filter categories (genre, source, decade, label, format, rate, bit depth, channels, letter, date added), and tap again to exclude.
• Shuffle, repeat and Roon Radio on the now-playing screen.
• Zone grouping and device power (standby / input switching).
• Multi-select tracks in the album view via long-press.
• Sample rate / bit depth badges on artwork — off by default.

Fixed

• Your local album count was too low — five separate causes, including Rescan never re-running the file scan and a folder-depth limit that missed deeper library layouts.
• Large Dynamic Playlists silently played only 100 albums. Now stated plainly, and Send to Roon warns before replacing your queue.
• One failed album turned a 400-album queue fill into total failure.
• Long-press on album tiles had never worked, and multi-select was missing from most album screens.
• Editing a Dynamic Playlist permanently rewrote your Library screen.
• Now playing sat under the status bar in the installed app.
• A spurious “Load failed” error on reopening the app, caused by iOS killing a request mid-flight.
• The source badge appeared on every album, making it meaningless.

Improved

• Roon Core load cut substantially — the genre scan skips unchanged genres, background work is serialised so it can never burst, and nothing runs while Roon is importing. Smart Picks adds zero Core calls.
• Consistent overflow menus (⋯) replacing cramped button rows across the app.

Two caveats worth keeping in the notes: Smart Picks needs Qobuz or TIDAL connected, and with auto-add on it adds ~1,800 albums a year to that library. And the Roon-side import issue you hit is still outstanding on your box — a new user seeing the same thing would find picks stuck on “waiting for Roon”.
