Update tracker update

This fixes different problems migrating old packs as well as adding a software update checker

• Added a "Software Update" button that displays when a new version is available
• Automatically downloads the latest version of the software and installs it for usage
• Fixed issue where non-explicit roots would not track updates
• Fixed issue where local modpacks won't get refreshed completely
