• removed Exemplar Patching functionality. This is now implemented in the Resource Loading Hooks DLL, so Exemplar Patching doesn't depend on the Submenus DLL anymore. Make sure to upgrade to version 2.0.1 or later of the Resource Loading Hooks DLL.
• Flora improvements: Flora items can be added to any submenu now, even submenus outside the top-level Flora menu tree. Moreover, if Flora items belong to a submenu that hasn't been installed or is missing, those items will be displayed in the top-level Flora menu instead (just like buildings from missing submenus appear in their respective top-level menu).
