Posts a sticky PR comment with flash/RAM totals and the largest symbol changes
Diffs each build against the project's saved baseline at memprobe.dev, so there is no base branch rebuild; or pass base-file to diff two local ELFs
Fails the job when a memprobe.toml budget is exceeded or growth passes a fail-on limit
Shows utilization percentages when [regions] capacities are set
Step outputs: flash, ram, flash-delta, ram-delta, passed
