fix(landing): lengthen thin SEO titles, trim long meta descriptions - #1967

Several page titles were too short/generic for search snippets (e.g. "Notes — memrynote"), and several meta descriptions exceeded 160 characters and were getting truncated in SERPs. Rewrites keyword titles and shortens the long descriptions while keeping their meaning intact.
