Proactive memory surfacing now extends to Claude Code's built-in tools via mms hook and a warm background daemon, surfacing gains a network LTM MCP transport, response compression becomes query-aware (relevance-ranked TOCs), and the JSON compression tiers return strictly-valid, monotonic, budget-aware output. Plus a broad surfacing-quality pass and several query-text privacy controls.
