Changes

• Header view: new view to inspect ELF and PE executables.
• Header view: added a command to change the view (same as pressing Tab). Example: :set view hex (possible values are text, hex, and header). It can be used in ~/.dz6init to set the default view when dz6 starts.
• initfile: added support for comments / lines starting with # in ~/.dz6init.
• Search: add basic hex pattern search. ?? matches any byte. Space characters are ignored.
• Search: new configuration options with impact on text search: :set ignorecase or :set ic enables case-insensitive search. If smart case is also enabled with :set smartcase or :set scs, case-insensitive search is disabled when the search term contains a capital letter.
• Search: ws is an alias for wrapscan.
