What This Is

Mentu Recipes is a source-available runner for file-based agent workflows.
It runs recipes, prompts, provider adapters, shell steps, local logs, vault and
environment credential resolution, deterministic checks, and optional Mentu API
hooks.

Boundary

This release contains the public runner layer only. Mentu private intelligence,
proprietary evaluation logic, private runtime code, confidential release
systems, and internal automation assets are not distributed in this source
package.
