What's changed

Generalized from paper summarization to open-ended chat. Users can now ask any question about the paper they have open — PDF text and company context are injected automatically.

Added

  • Unified chat transcript with full assistant responses rendered inline
  • Save button to persist chat as a Zotero note (tagged zs-chat)
  • Clear button to reset conversation

  • Hardcoded summary FORMAT_RULES
