Create a campaign structure from a pasted ASIN list or a one-column file. The bundled create-campaigns skill helps choose a structure, reviews the complete plan before account changes, and can save a reusable setup when asked.

Budget questions now distinguish per-campaign amounts from a batch total. A local preflight checks monetary precision, supported limits and the configured total. Campaign and ad-group names are included in the plan.

Manual campaigns can be prepared with generated dummy keywords. They stay paused by default. With explicit approval, manual parents can be enabled while dummy keywords remain paused.

Validation: 12 offline regression tests, online Library lint and package checks passed. The corrected enablement flow has not had a fresh end-to-end live acceptance run. Existing-account restructuring, keyword research and Smart Campaign rules remain separate workflows.
