Your Monitor, pointed in the right direction 🧭

Highlights

  • Predictable detail navigation: select a session with Up/Down, then use Left/Right for less/more detail: graph ↔ split ↔ wide ↔ full screen. Navigation stops at either end rather than cycling back unexpectedly.
  • Clickable arrow controls: [←] [→] sit at the top-right of each row's rightmost box. [↑] [↓] in the Monitor header select sessions. Unavailable directions are dimmed and inactive; narrow boxes prioritise existing Hide/Show and Close controls.
  • Click the background too: the left/right halves of a session's combined detail/graph area decrease/increase detail for that session only. Approval buttons and reply editors retain their own actions.
  • A familiar escape route: Escape from full detail returns to the main Monitor with that same session showing its widest inline detail view. While editing, the first Escape leaves the editor; cursor keys edit text and Enter submits.
  • Clearer, consistent controls: the old [i] buttons and i/Enter detail-navigation shortcuts are removed. Up/Down still scroll text in full detail, where session-selection buttons are hidden. A responsive directional-key hint is translated into all 17 supported language variants.
  • Tested interaction boundaries: regression coverage checks rendered click targets across terminal widths and languages, disabled buttons, session isolation, approval priority and text editing.

The execution-policy override applies only to that PowerShell process. Inspect the installer first if required by your security policy. Ensure the install directory is on PATH, as the installer explains.

Or install from source with Go:

Restart Codexometer to load the update. Your Codex sessions do not need to restart.

Downloads include macOS, Linux and Windows binaries for amd64 and arm64, with SHA-256 checksums.
