Credential Broker v1.0.0

  • Promote Credential Broker metadata and installer version to 1.0.0.
  • Update README status badge to 1.0.
  • Document per-user Scheduled Task CredentialBroker instead of the old Startup shortcut wording.
  • Update HTTP server version to CredentialBroker/1.0.

Verification:
