Beta update for connection-specific WFX credentials.

  • Resolve credential targets per bridge connection.
  • Show the connection name in provider login prompts.
  • Reuse Windows Credential Manager credentials when broker lookup returns no entry.

Tests: dotnet test, 140 passed.
