Pre-alpha release. Fixes the install.ps1 Windows-binary 404 (6d39b5eb) by shipping meridian-connect-x86_64-windows.exe. Includes this session's work (dashboard-configurable Serena/codebase paths, advisory completion check, bounded Stop-hook retry ceiling, LaTeX intel, plugin-derived connector names, multi-word search). NOTE: macOS-x86_64 and the Linux meridian-connect variants are omitted this release — their CI runners (ubuntu-20.04, macos-13) are unavailable; release.yml runner labels are being updated so the next release restores full platform coverage.
