  • [Desktop] Added user-authored color themes: duplicate any built-in or custom theme, name it before creation, edit its portable theme file with an agent in a dedicated project while changes repaint the app live, export it for sharing, and move it safely to the Trash when deleted.
  • [Desktop] Added background storage optimization that removes verified duplicate command output and moves pasted images into separate durable blob storage, with resumable sidebar progress. Settings now also offer an opt-in 1–365 day policy and a manual run for shortening long command output in inactive archived conversations; conversations, messages, user text, and agent replies are never deleted.
  • [Desktop] Added a searchable Monospace font setting under Appearance that discovers installed fonts on demand and live-applies the selected family across terminals, editors, and code snippets.
  • [Desktop] Added a customizable Cmd+Alt+W / Ctrl+Alt+W shortcut to cycle the current conversation's branch and worktree behavior, automatically skipping choices that cannot apply to the selected branch.

  • [provider:codex] Preserved Codex reasoning-section boundaries while streaming, so distinct thinking phases remain separated instead of running together in the transcript.
  • [Desktop] Restored Add a comment element selection after a full in-app browser refresh, while cleaning up abandoned picker state when the page navigates or the tab closes.
  • [Desktop] Expanded the effective hit area for horizontal resize handles so drags work across the full visible interaction zone.
  • [Desktop] Collapsed the Codex Fast mode label to its icon in narrow agent panes so the prompt metadata bar no longer overflows while retaining its tooltip and accessible label.

  • [dependencies] Updated Mermaid to 11.16.1 for upstream prototype-pollution hardening and PostCSS to 8.5.23 to prevent unsafe source-map loading, alongside refreshed Electron, RMCP, OpenSSL, UUID, Tokio Stream, Base64, and CodeQL dependencies.
