These repos and packages have been deprecated in 2023 (see https://github.com/orgs/robotology/discussions/612 and https://github.com/orgs/robotology/discussions/653).
The required dependencies are installed as part of the robotology-superbuild installation, so we do not need to change this instructions with anything else.
