Add UI counter showing dropped TX packets - due to duty cycle or other TX issues

We need to monitor how many packets are dropped, especially due to dutycycle limit (bandwidth overload).
People are not believing that unscoped packets can create congestion that generate dropped packets. I could not find any metric to prove that.
