Use LoRaWAN gateway as repeater

Hello,
I have a conveniently located LoRaWAN gateway using packet forwarder protocol (see A in the picture).

I would like to use this gateway as a repeater for meshcore.
In the middle, there is a multiplexer which will forward (duplicate) packets to/from both TTN and meshcore.

On the meshcore side, I would need a simple "virtual radio" driver which can communicate via TCP/UDP.

Do you think this can be easily implemented?

You may want to use a NodeRED to bridge between LoRaWAN server and a WiFi-enabled Meshcore companion.
