taken from existing variants and taken pin information etc from the [MC implementation](meshcore-dev/MeshCore#1106) by the vendor, as they don't publish this information anywhere else. Given the fact it's BSD licensed, this should be fine. Might contain some redundant defines and other weird stuff as I wanted to get it working before dinner and I'm getting real hungry.

Support for the Keepteen LT1 Pocket Node.
I have included repeater and room server targets because otherwise it's inevitable that someone will ask why they're not supported, but I have left out terminal_chat and sensor. Not sure if there's headers for attaching sensors anyway.
