• Manual fixes if issues persist:
  • On the computer
    1. Install WMDC
    2. Right click on Start > Computer Management > Services & Applications > Services.
    3. Scroll down to right-click on "Windows Mobile-2003-based device connectivity"
    4. Select Properties > Log On. Switch to "Local System account"
    5. Checking "Allow service to interact with desktop"
    6. Click OK
  • On the handheld
    1. Tap on Start > Settings > Connections > USB to PC icon
    2. Uncheck the “Enable Advanced Network Functionality” checkbox
    3. Tap OK
    4. Connect the cable
